SLIT COIL

6 Slitting lines offering:

POLISHED & PAINTED FINISHES

Polished coil and sheet in Stainless Steel and Aluminium
Polished coil 0.6mm thick and upwards in widths up to 1250mm
Polished sheet up to 1525mm wide in thicknesses from 0.4mm to 4mm
Standard finishes 60-320 grit
Any special finish can be provided upon enquiry, including:

TRAVERSE WOUND COIL

Stainless Steel and Aluminium spool/traverse/helically wound coils
Fuse welded pancake coils joined together to create large spools

Cashmores has been supplying Aluminium coil, strip and sheet processed in-house throughout most of the company’s history, with these products having been a major focus for over 20 years.

The Aluminium processing experience and expertise built up over this period provides customers with the highest quality products backed by exceptional service.

Copper

Cashmores supplies Copper in coil and blanks and holds a wide ranging stock profile. Due to our high quality and attention to detail, we supply electrical and heating manufacturers amongst many varying end users.

STAINLESS STEEL

The name Cashmores has been synonymous with Stainless Steel for many years, with the company being named Cashmores Stainless for much of its history. The combined experience and expertise of the production, sales and management teams at Cashmores ensures customers receive the very best expert advice and service with products tailor-made to their exact requirements.

All the production facilities were designed and installed specifically for stainless steel processing ensuring close tolerances and optimal surface finish.

Other Services

CNC Routing

CNC routing service, taking technical drawings from paper to product in a matter of days. Capable of producing one-off or high-volume machining in aluminium, stainless steel, plastic, composites and timber. With a maximum size of 4000 x 2500mm, and a maximum thickness of 20mm, we can cut, groove, chamfer, channel, engrave and drill almost any design.

Components

Cashmores provides first-stage manufacturing facilities for piercing, notching and embossing.

With Cashmores’ in-house facilities, and where necessary the services of carefully selected sub-contractors, Cashmores offers flexible solutions to provide components at or near net shape according to customer requirements.

Fabrication

Extending our many production routes to take materials closer to final form, we now fabricate small assemblies on site using our punching, cropping, drilling, bending and tapping facilities to help our customers reduce their internal waste and costs in pre-production.

Protective Coatings

A range of protective coatings is available according to customer’s needs including laser and fibre compatible options.
